YogaIowa is a statewide network of yogis, artists, and writers dedicated to the unique spirit of Iowa’s wellness community.
Each issue of YogaIowa provides a fresh, contemporary perspective on a host of topics important to Iowans living a healthy lifestyle. Stories and articles are sourced from across Iowa, looking to provide insight and information to improve one’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual quality of life.
YogaIowa is published quarterly and distributed for free at numerous locations around the state. Subscriptions are also available in the continental United States for $15/year. (Contact us for international rates.)
